I was creative director leading the design of the Sleep.com bed retailer brand concept development from positioning and naming, through to visual identity and the design's cohesive application across all service and customer touch points.
The final outcome of the project was the development of a brand led retail environment concept.
The retail concept leveraged the web app and website as a purchase portal in store, either through the customers own device or through in store connected touchscreens. The strategy was aimed at maximising the showroom effect and seamlessly integrating real life retail and the online experience and purchasing.
