Concepts and designs for the forward in line development of a customer facing retail brand product, working with multiple stakeholders.
Elements reviewed included the service design, function and delivery of the product, improving efficiencies. This also incorporated developing ideas and concepts to integrate interactive digital apps and social media to further enhance customer engagement and create a community centred around the brand. 
This embraced development of additionall retail touch-points including kiosks. The project ran alongside a live current role out,  where creative thinking and course corrections were implemented quickly live.
